Prof. (Dr.) Chandrashekhar J. Rawandale
Prof. (Dr.) Chandrashekhar J. Rawandale graduated from the University of Pune with LL.B degree, moving on to complete LL.M in International Law & Human Rights from Dept. of Law, University of Pune, LL.M. in Commercial Law from Cardiff Law School, Cardiff University (UK) and Ph.D. in ‘Computer Programs: Copyright and Patent Paradigms- A Study’ from Symbiosis International University, Pune. He lectures on Law of Torts, MV Accident and Consumer Protection Laws, Public International Law, Information Technology Laws to Undergraduates and Information Technology Law & Intellectual Property Laws to postgraduates. He has worked as research associate at I.L.S. Law College for a year where he also taught Law of Torts. He then worked with Bharati Vidyapeeth’s New Law College for two years as a lecturer, before moving to Symbiosis Law School, Pune in 2000.Read more
Dr. Madhuker Sharma
Dr. Madhuker Sharma did B.A. [Hons.] English in the year 1996 from University of Delhi. He did Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in the year 2000 from C.C.S. University, Meerut.. He then went on to pursue LL.M. and completed the same in the year 2002 from C.C.S. University, Meerut. He has completed Ph.D. in 2008 from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. The topic of his Ph.D. research work was “A Socio-Legal Study on Rights of A Girl Child in India”.
He has been teaching at Graduate & Post-Graduate level since year 2007. He has been a Visiting Faculty at Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and at J.I.M.S., Rohini, Delhi. Therein he used to teach ‘Environmental Laws’ & ‘Human Rights Laws’ at LLB level; and ‘Business Laws’ at M.B.A. level. Mr. Saurabh Chandra
Mr. Saurabh Chandra graduated from Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) with B.A.LL.B degree, moving to complete LL.M (Business Laws) from National Law School of India University (NLSIU) Bangalore. At present, he has been enrolled Ph.D. from National Law University (NLU) Delhi. He Lectures on Corporate laws, Corporate Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws and Intellectual Property Rights to undergraduate and Post Graduates.
Mr. Saurabh has worked as an Assistant Professor with Amity Law School Noida, School of Law Galgotias University and School of Law, Sharda University, before joining Symbiosis Law School Noida. . He has to his credit participation and presentations of research papers in various National as well as International Seminars and Workshops. Mr. Ahmed Ali Khan
Ahmed Ali Khan completed his BSL.LLB from the Indian Law Society’s Law College at Pune. He followed it up with a Masters from the National Law School of India University at Bangalore. He is presently pursuing his Doctorate from the National Academy of Legal Studies and Research at Hyderabad. Besides, he also holds a Diploma in Human Rights from the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, Pune.
He has been teaching Law since 2008 and has done two year stints as Assistant Professor at National Law University, Orissa and KIIT Law School, Bhubaneswar. His areas of interest are primarily Jurisprudence, Legal Methods, Statutory Interpretation and Constitutional Law.Read more

Mr. Vikram Singh completed his graduation in the year 2003.He did his Bachelor of Commerce from S.D College (Lahore), Ambala Cantt, Haryana. He pursued his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from M.M.H (P.G) College, Ghaziabad, and Uttar Pradesh. After completing LL.B in 2007, for a while he practised as an advocate at Civil Court Ghaziabad and The Supreme Court of India at New Delhi. Later on in 2009 he went on to pursue his post-graduation in Law from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi with specialization in Criminal Law and Human Rights in the year 2011. Prof. Kiran R. Kale did his BSL/LLB (Bachelor of Laws), a five years law course from Sholapur University Sholapur, Maharashtra in 2009 and LLM (specialized in Criminal Laws and Business Laws) from Yeshvantrao Chavan Law College under University of Pune in 2011.He has qualified National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC in June 2011.

Ms. Sukanya Singha
Ms. Sukanya Singha has completed her five years B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) in the year 2012 from KIIT Law School, Bhubaneswar with specialization in International Law. She then went on to pursue her LLM from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi with specialization in Criminal Law and Human Rights and completed the same in 2014. Ms. Megha Nagpal is Assistant Professor at Symbiosis Law School, Noida. She completed her B.A.LL.B. She pursued her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi specializing in Intellectual Property Laws. After obtaining his undergraduate degree in law from Karnataka University (Dharwad), Saiprasad went on to pursue his studies in human rights law at the National Law School of India University, Bangalore from where he specialised in the subject and received an LL.M. Ms. Megha Chauhan
Megha Chauhan graduated from Ramjas College, Delhi University after that she pursued her Masters in Criminology from National Institute of Criminology and Forensic Science, Ministry of Home Affairs, Delhi in 2008 in which she has been awarded gold medal for securing first position in the University. She has qualified UGC-NET-JRF examination conducted in June-2009. She has also done PG Diploma in Human Rights from Jamia Hamdard University, Delhi in 2012 and has secured second position for the same. At present she is pursuing PhD from Department of Humanities and Social Science, Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
Ms. Devdatta Mukherjee
Devdatta Mukherjee is an Assistant Professor at the Symbiosis Law School, Noida. Having completed her BA LLB (Hons) in the year 2013 from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University (RMLNLU) Lucknow, she has pursued LLM from the Indian Law Institute (ILI) New Delhi and completed the course in 2014 with specializations in Human Rights, Humanitarian Law and Legal Pedagogy. She has been the awardee of the gold medal for becoming the topper in her batch. She has qualified the UGC/ NET and has been awarded the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in December, 2013. Dr. Meenakshi Kaul
Dr. Meenakshi Kaul has been a Learner of commerce for 20 years now, having obtained her graduate and post-graduate degrees in commerce in the year 1998 and 2000 respectively and a doctorate in 2003 from the University of Lucknow(U.P). “Over the years, teaching commerce has given me as much joy as studying the subject was. My teaching experience has been especially enriching, not in the least because my commerce background has made it possible to foray into teaching allied subjects as well. For me, teaching subjects like Organizational Behaviour and Elementary Accounting has been as much fun as studying them was for me. I feel, this is what makes teaching exciting for me”. Dr. Priyamvada Mishra
Dr. Priyamvada Mishra did her B A(H) Political Science from Maharaja Agrasen college, Delhi University with 60.4% and secured second position in her college, in the year 2007. Mr. Thomas Kuriokose K. is Professor in Sociology at Symbiosis Law School. He completed his B.TH. from St. Thomas AP. College in 1974, Graduation in History/ Political Science/ Sociology from Mysore in 1979 and Masters in Sociology in 1983 from Rajasthan. He also did M.Phil. from TISS in 1987. With 20 years of teaching experience at Undergraduate & Postgraduate level, he has worked as a Programme Officer of NSS for 6 years and as Area - Coordinator of NSS Cell SNDT University for 5 years (2000-2007). He has been a member of the prestigious Board of Studies in Sociology, SNDT University (2000- 2005). She Received National Scholarship For Post Graduate Students (Government of India) from Delhi School Of Economics (2007-2009) and Lok Mangal Puraskaar For Social Service in Lady Shri Ram College in 2007. She was the highest scorer in M.A. (Diploma) - Gender and Society organized by The National Commission Of Women in Women Studies And Development. Centre, University Of Delhi in 2009. She has worked as a Program Officer for Ford Foundation Project with Sampradaan Indian Centre for Philanthropy, July 2010 - till present. She is responsible for the initiation of a need assessment study for SOS children’s Villages of India for Vocational Training among the marginalized in Delhi slums. Ms. Aarthi Rajan
Ms. Aarthi Rajan is a visiting faculty at Symbiosis Law School, Noida. She teaches English subject to BA LLB and BBA LLB students. She graduated in English Literature from Delhi University in the year 1993 and in Law from Cardiff University in the year 2006. She completed the Bar Professional Course from College of Law, Bloomsbury in the year 2007 and then completed pupilage requirement of 1st 6 months as pupil barrister. She shadowed prosecution team in the landmark ‘21/7/2005 attempted suicide bombing’ case - R .V. Ibrahim and others (Woolwich Crown Court, UK). She is currently litigating as Junior Counsel in the Supreme Court and High Court of Delhi with a focus on matters involving taxation, international taxation and arbitration. She has also worked as a Legal Advisor with Trimex International FZE where her role was of advising formation of Indian liaison office as well as to advise on day to day contractual dealings.Read more

Ms. Deeksha Mahajan has over 5 years of experience of educating students across institutes like S.P College of Management (B.V.B), G.L Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management, Greater NOIDA, 2013, Amity University, and YWCA. She has been teaching course on ‘French’ at Symbiosis Law School, NOIDA since July 2015. She has been actively involved in teaching French and career counseling. Ms. Deepa A. Panwar
Prof. Deepa A. Panwar is faculty in Sociology and Ethics. Her areas of interest are Development, Development Sociology, Corporate Social Responsibility and the Legal perspective in Social Issues. She did her B.A. (Honors) Sociology from Jesus & Mary College, University of Delhi (2002) followed by MSc. Development Studies (Population) from the London School of Economics, University of London (2004). She has worked with SOSCVI and Inter-aide (a French Government charity) for a period of 5 years before moving to academics. She has taken part time lectures in Pune and the National Capital Region before moving to SLS, Noida and is currently enrolled for a Research Methods Post Graduate Course at CeFiMS, School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London.

Ms. Nitya Thakur has completed her B.A.LLB (Hons.) from Amity Law School, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi in 2009. She has pursued her Master of Laws from University College London, U.K. with a specialization in Intellectual Property Laws. She holds a Diploma in Cyber Law from the Asian School of Cyber Laws & Government Law College, Mumbai. She has submitted a dissertation on the topic “Law on Forced Marriage vis-à-vis Autonomy: An Analysis” and a research paper on “The Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006- An Analysis”.
Prior to joining Symbiosis Law School, Noida she has practised litigation in the areas of intellectual property law and telecommunication and broadcasting laws being associated with law firms like Anand and Anand, Advocates amongst others.
