

International Cell
The Symbiosis Centre for International Education (SCIE) was formalized through a Board of Management (BOM) resolution made in February 2008. The resolution was a fall out of the discussion that took place in the BOM related to Internationalization of Symbiosis International University.
The SCIE was formed to streamline the processes related to International Collaborations, participation in International Conferences & Seminars, International Student Mobility, and Setting up of Study Centres, etc.
The Symbiosis Centre for International Education (SCIE) is a department of the University, providing leadership & support for the University's efforts to internationalize the campus and the curricula.
The International Cell of SLS, Noida works in collaboration with SCIE and is committed to developing an extensive network with Universities and Institutions worldwide.
Through International partnerships, the International Cell at SLS Noida offer opportunities for collaborations at many levels in terms of joint-academic programs; semester exchange program; summer and winter schools; overseas scholarship program; faculty exchange program; scholar-in-residence program; distinguished visiting professors and lecture series.
The dedicated and supportive team of student members as Office bearer of International Cell, takes pride in caring for the needs of Professors and learners of International Universities visiting SLS.
Objective of the International Cell
The primary aim of the collaborations is to foster advancement in teaching, research and academic collaboration and to create avenues for enhancing student and faculty experience. The collaborations aim to achieve these through:

- Study India Programme
- Semester Abroad Programme
Student and Faculty Exchange Programme
Each year, these short-term exchange programmes provide the opportunity for faculty members and students to conduct research and collaborate with colleagues at the overseas partner institutions.
The exchanges also provide the opportunity for selected faculty and scholars from our overseas partner institutions to conduct research and collaborate with colleagues here at SLS, Noida.
SWS (Summer and Winter Schools)
These programs differ from the regular semesters in terms of structure, approach and content. Courses are offered that cover a wide range of topics and issues. Bringing in potential professionals, academicians, artists, and experts from across the country and abroad to teach enriches the intellectual environment.
Internships
SLS, Noida provide internships to international students. While in India, the students will be living and working alongside their Indian counterparts, participating in workshops, working with a range of local law firms of national & international repute. It helps students in gaining a better understanding of a richly diverse country like India.
Study India Programme
SLS Noida offers students from Universities abroad to visit India for three to four weeks to gain experience of Indian culture, way of life, people, arts, politics, economy and language and at the same time provides opportunity to the undergraduate students to explore for further study or work in India.
Semester Abroad Programme
Under this, SLS Noida sponsors advanced learning for eager students, through its links with foreign universities - helping them experience an international education and a different culture - thereby raising their caliber to be at par with the best in the world.
The students have the opportunity to study at a partner University with mutual recognition of the credit hours arising there from. The University follows the Cumulative Grade Point system which gives flexibility for transfer of credits.
