He has Over 22 years+ of multifunctional experience in brand promotion, advertising, media planning & marketing which included working with known establishments in various capacities such as Head – Marketing, IMCL (Digital Division), The Dainik Bhaskar Group, (January’12 - May’2014); Regional Head – South, Optimal Media Solutions, The Times of India Group (August’04 to June’11); Marketing Manager, The New Indian Express Group (September’95-August’04); PRO, The Asian Age Group (August’94-August’95); Circulation Executive, Indian Express (B) Ltd (April’92-July’94).

Mr. Kaustuv is an Out-of-the-Box Thinker with a proven track record of increasing revenues, streamlining workflow and creating a teamwork environment to enhance productivity innovatively for reputed business houses. Mr. Pulin Kumar is Director-Legal, Adidas India Marketing Limited. Mr. Pulin Kumar has done graduation in law from Campus Law Center, University of Delhi and graduation in Commerce (Hons.) from Patna University. He also holds P.G. Diploma in the Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, New Delhi in 1991.

Prior to Adidas India Marketing Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Pulin Kumar has played responsible and influential role in various organisations which include: Head-Legal, Samsung India Electronics Private Limited; Deputy General Manager- Legal, Jubilant Organosys Limited (Formerly known as VAM Organics Chemicals Limited) (2006-2008); Head- Legal, New Holland Tractors (India) Private Limited, a hundred percent subsidiary of FIAT group, Italy; Assistant General Manager- Legal, Gujarat Ambuja Cements Limited, New Delhi (Now a part of Cement major Holcim of Switzerland); Deputy Manager - Legal with M/s.
