Mrs. Mayuri Raghuvanshi

Mrs. Mayuri Raghuvanshi is an Advocate-on-Record, the Supreme Court of India. She has studied at Symbiosis Society’s Law College, Pune, State of Maharashtra, India, holding B.S.L., LLB Degree, about 8 years of expertise in handling legal affairs pertaining to company laws, real estate laws, taxation laws, banking laws, administrative laws and constitutional laws

Mayuri is well versed in effective drafting & vetting of legal documents for presentation before various legal fora. Proficient in arriving at legal strategies with required leadership, problem solving skills, relationship management skills, effective communication and adept at maintaining cordial relations with legal associates & external agencies.

Mayuri has gained previous experience working at the offices of Tuli & Co., a insurance sector top tier firm, Mr. Gopal Subramanium, Senior Advocate & former Solicitor General of India and Mr. S.N. Bhat, an Advocate on Record, Supreme Court of India.

Presently, Mayuri is working as independent counsel handling cases at Supreme Court of India, Uttarakhand High Court, Delhi High Court. She is also empanelled as an advocate in the panel of Amicus Curiae in Supreme Court of India, Oriental Bank of Commerce, New Delhi, Bharat Heavy Electrical Ltd.,
Indian Overseas Bank, Delhi & GAIL (India) Ltd. and Banaras Hindu University. She also has been representing Living Media Group, India Today and Aajtak in various matters including one against Niira Radia and Reliance Industries.

Mayuri is also a member of various Internal Complaints Committees constituted by BHEL for the NCR Region and Haridwar in accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and has conducted various workshops on gender sensitisation and prevention of sexual harassment at workplace. Mayuri is a faculty at Symbiosis Law School Noida. She has presided as judge in various moot courts and have been panellist for the selection of candidates for admission in LLB course.

Mayuri is presently a trustee of Socio Legal Research and Education Foundation, NGO established with the primary objective of conducting law and policy research on various aspects of socio-legal problems in the society with special emphasis on environment and forests.
