Ms. Megha Nagpal

Ms. Megha Nagpal is Assistant Professor at Symbiosis Law School, Noida. She completed her B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) from Amity Law School, New Delhi (affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University) in 2011. She pursued her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi specializing in Intellectual Property Laws. Ms. Nagpal holds a distinction in her research paper titled, “Combating Piracy in the Digital Age: Balancing the Conflicting Rights”. She qualified UGC-NET conducted in June, 2014. Prior to joining SLS, Noida, Ms. Nagpal practiced law at Delhi representing clients at various courts, tribunals and forums including the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the Central Administrative Tribunal, Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Additional Sessions Judges and Metropolitan Magistrates. She now wishes to be associated with academics full time. Her areas of interest include Intellectual Property Law, Criminal Law, Cyber Law and Environmental Law.
