Mr. Kumar Mihir

Mr. Mihir has an experience of about eight years in handling disputes relating to Constitutional Law, General Trade and Commercial Laws, Civil and Criminal Laws, Electricity Laws, Mining Laws, Alternate Dispute Resolution, Construction Contracts etc.

Mr. Mihir is an Advocate on Record of the Supreme Court of India and he has been handling cases before handling cases before the Supreme Court of India, various State High Courts, District Courts, Competition Appellate Tribunal, Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, Mines Tribunal, Company Law Board, National State and District Consumer Forums, Debt Recovery Tribunal et cetera and have also been advising various domestic and multinational clients on the contentious issues relating to the areas mentioned above.

Mr. Mihir is a ‘Member’ of the Drafting Committee of the Ministry of Power, Government of India for drafting the amendments to the Electricity Act, 2003.

Mr. Mihir in past has been associated with organisations in various capacities including Principal Associate at Lakshmi Kumaran and Sridharan (July 2011 – October 2012); Associate at Khaitan & Co. (October 2007 - June 2011 (3 years 9 months)).
