Rush dude it’s 10:05….. Else we are not gonna get entry guys… This is how our day begins at Symbiosis Law School NOIDA, hard to face but true even if you are late by 5 minutes for your class and our Director sir is always there to welcome us in a very calm voice with a smile ‘You are too early for the next Lecture’! Though it might look very harsh but trust me it’s a place which can teach you how to manage a plan to hang out with friends between the dates of memorial submissions, assignment submission, tutorials & attendance issues.

Came class XIIth, I figured that a lawyer was what I wanted to be. In my research about it as a career option, I got to know about law schools, their advanced curriculum and a completely new life they provided. I was taken away by law, and kick started my preparation. Then came July 2nd, the day of orientation at Symbiosis Law School, Noida. Dressed in spic and span formals, I went with some doubts, whether it was the right place, where I would like to invest my next five years.

Life expounded with boundaries of new experiences after entering Symbiosis Noida. The journey and life here is little indescribable but still I’ll try to pen down my life spent here………… It was too excitable and nervous while entering the college, with an absolute new crowd. But it could not have been even better. My felicity rose higher and higher day and day exploring new law books of the library and amazingly interesting lecture. The field which we are in was often termed as too boring by lay-man, tough by our other friends.

Some refer to it as an institution we call it our home, they say they are teachers I call them awakeners, they call us students I believe we are the leaders under construction, they say great writing starts with great quotes but Symbians establish their own quotes. Experience is not just what I have gained at Symbiosis Law School, NOIDA so far, but its values, beliefs, strength, confidence, that have added onto my personality through my new home.

“When the cat is away, the rats are at play”. Oh what fun it is to relish the newfound freedom no matter how short lived it is. Away from home with independence at its zenith, one was sure to commit foul but the ideals and epitomes that our institution instils within us makes us way ahead of 20.4% students perusing law in India. Five years hence meant a lot but believe it or not I simply go clueless when questioned about my close to three years stay in SLS-Noida. It seems like yesterday when I first stepped into this institution.
