Training, Internship & Placement

Introduction

Getting placed gives learners at a Law School a sense of fulfilment, not to mention the importance it holds for them career wise. The responsibility of handling campus recruitment is entrusted with the Training & Placement Cell of Symbiosis Law School, NOIDA. It strives to ensure that students can tap into the best possible opportunities.

To ensure the smooth running of the Cell, the Office bearers of the T&P Cell liaisons with the existing and prospective recruiters from Law Firms, Corporate Houses, Legal Practitioners, Law & Policy Research Organizations, PSUs, NGOs and Lawyers/ Advocates/AOR etc.

Being a constituent of Symbiosis International (Deemed University), SLS-NOIDA was established in 2010. Within a short span it has proven itself to be one of the fastest growing law schools in the country, it envisions the reputation of Symbiosis in and around Delhi, the Constitutional capital of India. SLS-NOIDA is strategically located in the industrial hub of NCR thereby opening a plethora of opportunities for the budding lawyers. Eight batches have passed out from SLS-NOIDA and the alumni have gone on to join some of the most prestigious Organizations of India.

Professionals/Alumni Mentorship Programme

SLS-NOIDA has always been at the forefront to ensure that the bond between the professionals/alumni and the learners continues to grow. With this aim in mind, we are happy to announce the launch of our next initiative, ‘Professionals/Alumni Mentorship Programme 2022’ in which professionals/alumni from different backgrounds will be conducting sessions on various topics. Through this programme, our aim is to reach out to professionals/alumni who are experienced in their own fields and are willing to share their experiences with the learners, taking us another step closer towards building a more cohesive community.

The internet continues to boom with information and literature on almost every topic under the sun which often results in an overload of information. However, this cannot replace practical knowledge and experience that one gains by going through the process or learning from someone who has on field experience. Through this program, learners can seek guidance from our distinguished professionals/alumni who are working in varied fields and learn from their experiences.

We believe that our learner community would benefit considerably from the mentorship program as this initiative has been brought with a view to help learners understand the industry practice, gain from the experience of professionals/alumni, learn the nuances of different professions and in the process strengthen our repertoire with the professionals/alumni.
